Events Volunteer (Bystock Discovery Day)
Help needed with the Bystock Discovery Day!
Could you help out with this year’s Bystock Discovery Day? Last year we had over 130 visitors attend a variety of stands and events, and we’re hoping to run a similar event again as part of the annual Heath Week festival. You can see more about the reserve here.
We are looking for volunteers to come and help, so if you see something below which you think you might be able to help with, please do sign up. On the day we’ll meet at the bottom of the meadow and allocate roles, so please do let us know, when you sign up, if you have a preference for a particular task.
There will be some limited car parking on the meadow, but ideally volunteers will park at the layby on Wrights Lane and walk along the track to get to us .
When: Tuesday 29th July 2025, running 11-4pm for visitors, so volunteers from 10.30-4.30pm. Meet at the bottom of the meadow for a briefing
