Youth Rangers (for 13-18 year olds)

The “Youth Ranger” role is a chance to make an active contribution to aid wildlife on your doorstep, as well as helping other people’s access and ability to enjoy the city’s green spaces too.

The Youth ranger team will be able to meet up on a monthly basis to carry out a variety of activities in Exeter, concentrating on the Valley Parks that Devon Wildlife Trust looks after.

We want to provide more exciting opportunities for young people to make a positive difference on the natural world. We hope that this will also help to get more young people engaged in their local natural spaces as well as encourage a lifetime in environment action.

We believe that with the enthusiasm and energy that young people have can play an important role in helping aid Devon Wildlife Trust’s mission to protect wildlife and help inspire DWT with new ideas on engaging young people with nature.
